AegisDial is a consumer app that helps you identify suspicious phone calls and SMS messages, monitor your identifiers for dark-web exposure, and get help recovering from a scam. It is a software tool, not a legal or financial service. AegisDial does not replace professional security, legal, or financial advice.
AegisDial aggregates public data sources and runs pattern-matching against them. Scam signals are probabilistic. We cannot guarantee that every scam call will be detected, nor that every call flagged as suspicious is actually a scam. Use your judgment.
Live Shield analyzes speech in real time using Apple's on-device speech recognizer. AegisDial does NOT record audio and does NOT transmit audio off your device. See our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for complying with call-recording laws in your jurisdiction; AegisDial's analysis does not constitute call recording but you should disclose to all parties on the call if your jurisdiction requires it.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Your iTunes account is charged at purchase confirmation. Renewal occurs automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies. See reportaproblem.apple.com.
The Family+ plan lets one owner share Pro access with up to four additional household members. You represent that each member has agreed to AegisDial's Privacy Policy and Terms. The owner can remove members at any time.
Our Recovery Concierge feature provides checklists and guidance after a scam. It is educational and not a substitute for filing police reports, contacting your bank, or consulting a licensed professional. AegisDial cannot recover lost funds.
AegisDial, its logo, and its algorithms are owned by us. You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app. You don't get the right to copy, modify, or distribute it.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AegisDial's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware state or federal courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law directs otherwise.
